Pietro Tallarico

Pietro Tallarico | Branch Manager | INC SpA

Guided by his ability to adapt to any environment despite challenges, Pietro Tallarico has excelled as an internationally-known leader within one of the leading companies in the construction and large infrastructure sector. Beginning in site construction for Renco S.p.A. in Kazakhstan in the late 1990s, during which he learned to speak Russian, he advanced to serve as project manager at Croix Rouge de Belgique, Durres, Albania, project manager at Bonatti S.p.A. in Italy, and since 2018 has been the project manager at INC SpA, through which he spent his three years in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he learned Spanish. For the last few years, he’s been active as Chief Operating Officer in the United States, where he organizes the work and activity of the company’s burgeoning American branch, as well as networks and establishes all the procedures the team will follow over the course of an infrastructure project.

In addition, Mr. Tallarico has worked in the Sahara Desert, Mexico, Algeria, and alongside the Caspian Sea. The latter proved to be a challenging project due to the environment brought on by the world’s largest lake. However, although he encountered problems, he still completed his project there three months in advance—which he considers to be his most notable achievement. In Mexico, he and company members visited Down Celaya, an organization for children with Down syndrome, where they gave monetary donations. Dedicated to his job as project manager, the company has received the International Pipe Line & Offshore Contractors Association award for the site’s exceptional safety precautions—which he’s responsible for.

Equipped with an engineer’s degree in civil engineering from Pavia University in Italy, Mr. Tallarico sees himself continuing to work in the United States and hopes to find significant success there managing a large company.
